Filipa Arantes Pedroso worked as a corporate lawyer, notably in mergers and acquisitions, in many relevant projects acting for important national and international clients. In the real estate practice area Filipa has been responsible for advising real estate investment (asset deal or share deal) and respective due diligences; in the creation of real estate investment structures, real estate investment funds and real estate companies; in touristic investment operations, including hotels, touristic resorts; in the execution and negotiation of real estate agreements, notably purchase and sale, sale and lease back, forward sales; in execution and negotiation of construction agreements, project and supervision; execution and negotiation use and management real estate agreements such as operation of hotels, leases and triple net leases among others; in real estate licensing, real estate financing and respective security.

Filipa has been a speaker in various events promoted by Vida Imobiliária, Iberian Property, APPII (Portuguese Association of investors and Real Estate Promotors) and GRI, such as Real Estate Summit in Estoril, the GRI meeting in Madrid and Lisbon and the Lisbon rehabilitation week.
