Filipa Arantes Pedroso has worked as a corporate lawyer, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, on numerous national and international projects. In the real estate expertise, Filipa has been responsible for legal advice in the sector of property investment (asset deal or share deal) and respective due diligences; in the creation of structures for property investment, property investment funds and property companies; in tourism investment operations, including hotels, tourist resorts; in the execution and negotiation of real estate contracts, such as purchase and sale, forward purchase, sale and lease back; in the execution and negotiation of works, project and supervision contracts; in the execution and negotiation of contracts for the use and management of real estate, such as hotel management and operation, lease contracts including triple net, among others; urban planning; real estate financing and respective guarantees.
