Maria Nunes da Fonseca

Maria Nunes da Fonseca has been working in the field of Tax Law, namely in what Personal Income Tax concerns, as well as providing advice (to residents or non-tax residents in Portugal) in the scope of international taxation. She has been engaged in several applications for the Non-Habitual Residents tax regime, along with the analysis of the respective income received under this special regime of taxation. She has rendered services to individual clients and expatriates for purposes of compliance with their tax obligations with the Portuguese Tax Authorities.

Maria has also participated in sports law cases, namely in the context of national/FIFA training compensation, national/FIFA solidarity contribution and labour disputes between Clubs and Players/Coaches.
