The decision of the Supreme Court of Justice No. 1\/2021 was published in the Di\u00e1rio da Rep\u00fablica, establishing the jurisprudence in the sense that the acts included in the processing of cases qualified as urgent, whose deadlines end in court vacations, consider they are, by the nature of the process itself, always intended to prevent irreparable damage to one of the parties, so they are practiced on the day the term expires, and their practice is not transferred to the first business day following the end of the vacation.<\/p>\n
