For the founding partner of J+Legal, Jaime Carvalho Esteves, whether by the increase in mergers and acquisitions or through the PRR, “in any scenario, the areas of mergers and restructuring should continue their consolidated growth and have a year that may break transaction records, both in number and volume.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, partner Filipa Arantes Pedroso, responsible for the Real Estate area at J+Legal, “believes that in her practice area there are good perspectives of growth this year.(…) There is great liquidity in the market and lack of supply, particularly in the area of quality offices, which makes competition in this sector very fierce”.<\/p>\n
