J+Legal strengthens Corporate and M&A team with the hiring of a new Associate Lawyer<\/h1>\n

Rui Bello da Silva<\/a><\/b>\u00a0is the latest and newest addition to J+Legal’s Corporate and M&A team.<\/p>\n

The lawyer moves from Cuatrecasas, Goncalves Pereira, where he was an associate since 2014, having started his professional career there as a trainee.<\/p>\n

Along his already vast curriculum, there are several advisory services in transactions focused on M&A, private equity and joint ventures.<\/p>\n

At J+Legal, Rui Bello da Silva will focus his activity in advising companies and business groups, national and international, in the areas of commercial and corporate law, namely in the incorporation of companies, shareholders’ agreements, M&A transactions, asset acquisitions and corporate restructurings and transformations.<\/p>\n

According to Jos\u00e9 Diogo “the integration of a new senior associate at J+Legal results from the strategic need to reinforce a team with a growing demand, thus being able to respond effectively to the volume of work that is constantly growing”.<\/p>\n
