The Diplom\u00e1tico Hotel will be totally refurbished and equipped by Catalyst Capital as per WILDE by Staycity design guidelines and will operate under the name \u201cWilde by Staycity\u201d. The lease is for a 25 year initial period that can be extended for an additional 15 years at the sole discretion of Staycity.
