O s\u00f3cio Diogo Le\u00f3nidas Rocha do Departamento Banc\u00e1rio e Financeiro esteve tamb\u00e9m envolvido. O empr\u00e9stimo ascende a \u20ac48.000.000,00 (quarenta e oito milh\u00f5es de euros) e foi concedido pela Caixa Geral de Dep\u00f3sitos. O empr\u00e9stimo tem como garantias a hipoteca dos tr\u00eas lotes para constru\u00e7\u00e3o, penhor das contas e suprimentos. O projeto tem uma \u00e1rea bruta de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de 19.331m2, 156 apartamentos e 56 lofts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>J+Legal, Real Estate Team, lead by Filipa Arantes Pedroso, has advised the Portuguese subsidiary of Criterion Capital UK, Madadna Portugal SIC, Imobili\u00e1ria Fechada, SA, in the financing of Alma Hills project in Miraflores, Oeiras. The partner Diogo Le\u00f3nidas Rocha from the Banking and Finance Department was also involved. The loan amounts to \u20ac48.000.000,00 (forty eight million euros) and was provided by Caixa Geral de Dep\u00f3sitos. The loan is secured by a mortgage of the three plots for construction, pledge of the accounts and shareholders loans.
