Mas, se h\u00e1 caracter\u00edstica em que somos tradicionais, \u00e9 na convic\u00e7\u00e3o de que a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um escrit\u00f3rio se faz de baixo para cima, dos mais novos para os mais velhos, com atra\u00e7\u00e3o de talento jovem, forma\u00e7\u00e3o e cria\u00e7\u00e3o de condi\u00e7\u00f5es para a reten\u00e7\u00e3o desse talento. Por isso, investimos muitas horas, todos os anos, na escolha da equipa de estagi\u00e1rios que nos d\u00e1 o privil\u00e9gio de se juntarem a n\u00f3s.
